Set within the historic fabric of Old Jaffa, this penthouse renovation brings contemporary living into dialogue with the apartment’s existing architectural character. An open layout creates a generous shared living space, while preserved elements maintain a connection to the building’s past. Large windows draw daylight deep into the interior, revealing its details and strengthening the sense of openness. The design balances the practical needs of a contemporary home with the particular atmosphere of its setting.
