CHROMA is a proposal for a cultural and educational hub in Tel Aviv, conceived as a place for exchange, learning and public life. An elevated entrance opens onto a partially sheltered plaza, creating a welcoming threshold between the city and the building. Inside, a sequence of interconnected platforms organises circulation and connects the programme across levels. Movement becomes part of the building’s social experience, bringing its different activities into contact. A translucent façade reveals glimpses of the interior while responding to changing daylight. Its shifting appearance gives the building a distinct urban presence and makes the activity within part of its public identity.
